Temperature, Contrast,
Release
Three temperature pools moving from cold plunge to neutral float to heated immersion, a steam cave built into the original rock face, and a sea-water flotation tank suspended over the cliff edge. The thermal circuit follows the principles of contrast therapy — each transition between temperatures stimulating circulation and releasing tension.
The Full Circuit
Each element of the thermal circuit is designed to work in sequence — the benefit is cumulative, the time yours to take.
Cold Plunge Pool
Maintained at 12°C, the cold plunge activates the body's circulatory response and is the recommended first step of the circuit.
Neutral Float Pool
Body-temperature water, still and silent — designed for passive float and recovery between temperature transitions.
Heated Sea Pool
38°C, fed with filtered sea water from the bay below. The warmest point of the circuit, positioned with a direct view of the horizon.
Steam Cave
Carved into the limestone rock face of the original estate cliff, the steam cave uses herbal infusions that change with the season.
Sea-Water Flotation Tank
A private tank suspended at the cliff edge — saturated salt water, complete darkness, and complete silence above the bay.
Outdoor Terrace Access
A sun terrace adjoining the heated pool, with daybed loungers and chilled towels refreshed through the day.
